🌕 Part-Time CMO
Convivvium is a soul-tribe ceremony disguised as a party.
It’s a five-day in-person gathering in Mexico for artists, scientists, mystics, and culture-shapers who are remembering a shared vow—one older than language, but still humming under the skin.
This isn’t a conference. It’s a current.
And we’re looking for a part-time Chief Marketing Officer who knows how to build signal without spectacle.

- You’ve shaped movements, not just brands.
- You understand myth, precision, and the art of resonance.
- You’d rather plant a seed in the right ear than chase mass visibility.
- You can hold paradox in a headline: sacred and subversive, weird and grounded.
- You speak fluently in archetype, ecosystem, and “fuck yes.”
✦ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the narrative architecture for Convivvium’s outward presence (patron invitations, press, digital signals)
- Design and implement a slow-burn marketing rhythm that doesn’t feel like “marketing” at all
- Develop elegant referral pathways and backchannel invitation flows

- We’re not building a brand. We’re weaving a frequency.
- This is not a cult, a TED talk, or a costume party.
- This isn’t about virality. It’s about cycles of seasons.
✦ DETAILS
- Part-time role through December 2025
- Remote, with travel to the event (Dec 2–6, Tepoztlan)
- Equity or stipend-based compensation depending on alignment
- Starts as soon as the right person says yes
